By accessing or using the CadDoneQuick platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Challenge drawings, descriptions, and reference materials provided through the Service are the property of CadDoneQuick or its licensors. You may use them solely for the purpose of participating in challenges on the platform.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to cheat, manipulate scores, or exploit bugs to gain unfair advantage
- Submit false or misleading information
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service without authorization
- Attempt to access another user's account or private data
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
CadDoneQuick offers free and paid subscription tiers. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless cancelled
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers
- All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor and subject to their terms
6. Tournaments
Tournaments are competitive events organized through the Service. By participating in a tournament, you agree to:
- Abide by the tournament rules and format as specified by the organizer
- Accept the results as determined by the scoring system
- Not engage in any form of cheating or collusion
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CadDoneQuick and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
